Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing a wide variety of projects with significant architectural work within the Seminole Tribe of Florida Capital Improvement Plan, and other areas of development that may require architectural expertise. The individual is responsible for managing/coordinating the work of several architectural consultants in all areas related to conceptual planning, design review, coordination, project management, budget, and contract administration. The incumbent performs inspections of the project site during the design and/or construction phases; maintains progress reports for each project assigned and other necessary tasks required to successfully complete the projects. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Architecture; Master’s degree is preferred. Registration as an Architect in the State of Florida is required. A minimum of seven (7) years of professional related experience working as an architect with supervisory experience is required.
