Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for coordinating and supervising all Seminole Tribe of Florida library catalogs and related processing operations. Enters catalog information for new materials into the Library’s catalog system. Establishes and maintains cataloging files and related documents. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Prior experience working in a library, bookstore or similar type setting is preferred. Knowledge of computerized cataloging systems, is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
