Job Description

The Tribal Wide Compliance Manager is a proactive individual whose skills contribute to the efficient, systematic and profitable operation of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Boys & Girls Clubs (BGC/STOF). The incumbent is responsible for supporting Boys & Girls Clubs operations while maintaining office filing systems, procedures and reporting mechanisms as they relate to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The individual implements strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement. The incumbent acknowledges and adheres to specific requirements under the Charter membership of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) on a continuous basis. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance with a minimum of (4) four years of office management experience is required. Any equivalent combination of relevant education, training and experience will be considered. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and considerable independent thinking is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and be able to travel to all STOF Reservations and other locations as necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
