Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible assists the Smoke Shops General Manager with supervising and overseeing the operations and services provided by all the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc.’s Smoke Shops. The individual assists the General Manager with hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store, ensuring the store adheres to standard operating procedures, and communicates and enforces customer policies to managers and team members. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store, communicating, and enforcing customer policies to managers and team member. The incumbent assists the General Manager with reviewing vendor’s contracts, establishes vendor relationships and resolves problems/concerns. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of management/retail experience is required. Strong, proven leadership skills is essential. Incumbent must be familiar with accounting and bookkeeping procedures. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office products. Incumbent must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Ability to travel across all Smoke Shops located across the state that may require an overnight stay. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
