Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for the identification, recording and tracking of all vehicles and equipment in the capital equipment schedule or program. The individual evaluates all facts and expenses associated with each vehicle and equipment. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in inventory control or fixed assets is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs is preferred. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work outdoors is required. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
