Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing tasks related to the operation, maintenance and inspection of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Public Works Water Plant facilities. Operates water plant pumps, equipment and machinery; conducts and records gauge and meter readings; and performs inspections, maintenance and repairs work as deemed. High School diploma or equivalent GED and a minimum of six (6) months experience working as Water Plant Operator or similar position required. Valid State of Florida Water Plant Operator "C" certification and valid Florida Driver License is required. Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
