Job Description

This is administrative work supervising the clerical and business operations of the Trading Post of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. Assists Manager with the supervision and daily tasks of the Sales Associates. Trains new sales associates and answers questions from customers and staff. Stocks shelves, cold cases, bakery and grocery aisles and marks prices on shelves and items. Complete all store housekeeping functions (i.e., cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, bathrooms, etc.). Considerable independent judgment and initiative is exercised in conformance with STOF operating policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. High School graduate or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree is preferred; or equivalent considerable experience in retail with some supervisory responsibilities; or any equivalent combination of education, related training and experience will be considered. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including English written and oral communication skills. Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft software programs and add-ins. Able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
