Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for preparing meals at the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Swamp Water Café, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedure and food and safety regulations. The individual follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications in order to prepare meals. High School diploma or equivalent GED required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in food service line settings or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Possession of a Florida Driver’s License is required as may be required to travel to Seminole Reservations or other facilities. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
