Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, utensils, pots, pans and cooking equipment at the Senior Center located on the Hollywood Reservation. The individual maintains the kitchen and equipment clean and organized ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations and STOF policies. The Dishwasher may receive and store cleaning supplies and cleans all food preparation and production areas as required. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Prior experience as a dishwasher is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrates knowledge of safety, sanitation, food preparation methods, and equipment used in the preparation of foods is preferred. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
