The incumbent in this position is responsible for planning itineraries, and arranging accommodations and other travel services for the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s elected officials, executives, management staff, Tribal Members, employees or other customers as directed. High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Travel Agent, processing and ticketing corporate leisure and group bookings is required. Strong knowledge of Sabre formats – air ticketing, hotel, cars, and non-arc invoicing is required. Prior SABRE, GetThere, Profile, Sabre Virtual Payments experience is a must. Prior experience and extensive knowledge of various tour and cruise operators and their destinations is also required. Must be customer service driven, possess demonstrated knowledge of current SABRE and have prior corporate travel experience, both domestic and international. Experience in the use of scripts is helpful, as well as experience in meeting and event planning. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be team oriented, and able to work independently. Must have a strong work ethic and focus on customer service. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and on call as necessary.
