Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing routine clerical support to the BC Council Office of the Seminole Tribe of Florida including, but not limited to answering telephones, greeting visitors, composing and typing a variety of standard documents and correspondence, organizing office space and coordinating logistics for meetings, processing forms, ordering supplies and maintaining records. The individual also provides assistant in the coordination of community engagement activities and special events sponsored by the Council Office and other departments across the Tribe. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate Degree preferred. Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of office clerical experience utilizing office equipment is required. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
