Department: Boys & Girls Club
The incumbent in this position will act as a lead person. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities provided within the scope of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s goals and objectives, (e.g., Health, Education, Special Education, Social Recreation, Seminole Culture, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education). High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in planning and implementing youth programs and/or working with children is required, or any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Certification for CPR, First Aid, and AED is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
