Job Description

This is administrative work supervising the clerical and business operations of the Trading Post of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. The incumbent may be responsible for assisting the manager in planning, assigning and reviewing the work of subordinate staff and coordinating support services when necessary. Work involves the development of procedures necessary to carry out these responsibilities. Considerable independent judgment and initiative is exercised in conformance with STOF operating policies and procedures. Work is reviewed through reports and conferences. High School graduate or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree is preferred; or equivalent considerable experience in retail with some supervisory responsibilities; or any equivalent combination of education, related training and experience will be considered. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including English written and oral communication skills.
