Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing leadership, support and training for the MS Dynamics GP system to all Seminole Tribe of Florida’ end-user departments. The individual serves as technical liaison between the IT department and all Seminole Tribe of Florida’ end-user departments, resolving problems and coordinating software installations, upgrades and updates; incorporating business process changes using software design and integrating identified cross-functional efficiencies. The incumbent closely works with day-to-day business units, and provides technical support of Dynamics GP, and related third party systems and integrations. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of Dynamics GP support experience required, with a concentration in the Financial Series, is required. Must have experience working in an administrative role in a mid-large corporate environment. Experience working in the Public Sector such as local government is a plus. Prior experience working with and providing support of SQL scripting, GP Report Writer, and SSRS reports are required. Knowledge of the Dynamics database schema including GP table names and structure is highly preferred. Familiarity with Windows server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019 and above), and SQL Management Studio. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent English written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
