Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club ensuring that the services respond to the comprehensive programming of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Tribal Community. The individual assists the Director & Assistant Director to maintain strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and ensure continuous improvement. The incumbent provides professional and administrative assistance to staff and serves as a liaison between parents, schools, community groups and Club members and other inter-Departmental staff located on the Reservation. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of administrative and/or professional level experience in similar services area and at least three (3) years of which were in a management capacity is required. Equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience will be considered. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Must have the ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
