Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for the management, oversight and maintenance of a comprehensive Seminole Tribe of Florida’s portfolio of owned and asset-managed multifamily assets. The individual manages the execution of the asset's investment strategy; assists with the evaluation of existing Tribal investment portfolio performance; studies investment data and economic trends and makes recommendations on value-add opportunities at each asset to optimize investment returns. Associates Degree from an accredited institution is required. Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred. A minimum of fifteen (15) years in real estate experience working in a portfolio/asset management capacity, the previous several of which in a leadership or supervisory position with a proven track record as a successful multifamily portfolio or asset manager. A minimum of ten (10) years in direct multifamily acquisitions support experience. Demonstrate a successful track record of having managed a portfolio of at least 10 Class A multifamily properties covering multiple states at one time. Demonstrated experience meeting and/or exceeding business plan pro forma for multifamily assets in diverse markets including but not limited to Florida, Texas, Colorado, Carolinas,Georgia, Missouri, and Washington. Strong financial analysis skills and demonstrated ability to develop, analyze and implement complex financial models and structures, and evaluation of corresponding risks. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and outstanding interpersonal skills with strong leadership, management, and team-building proficiency. Demonstrated operational and personal success in a demanding institutional environment. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel frequently for scheduled and unscheduledsite-visits, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
