Job Description

This position will entail assisting the Seminole Okalee Village staff in a variety of administrative and office support services. Work involves assignments that require some independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. The incumbent answers the telephones, provides callers with accurate information, composes memos and may assist with product research. Generates reports, manages multiple projects, as well as prepares, audits/monitors invoices and expense reports. Exercises good judgment when planning and accomplishing goals A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified herein. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
