Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for communicating with Seminole Tribe of Florida employees and vendors in response to vendor issues. This position reviews and confirms that Tribal vendors meet or exceed the requirements defined in the STOF’s Vendor Application and Registration Program. Daily duties include performing vendor background investigations, accurate data entry of vendor information into the Tribe’s financial management software systems and hard copy file maintenance. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Prior work experience in a clerical office environment and customer service experience is required. Prior experience with Lawson or an electronic file system is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
