The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Treasurer’s office staff of the Seminole Tribe of Florida in a variety of administrative and clerical matters. Work involves assignments that require some independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. Generates reports, data entry, and answers the telephones. May serve as the receptionist, file clerk, secretary or other support position in order to maintain offices services uninterrupted. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree is preferred or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. Demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Software. Ability to work a flexible schedule and evenings, weekends and holidays.
