Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing Pool Hall visitors with efficient, courteous customer service. The individual meets and greets all players; assists players with requests and questions in regards to services provided, and ensures rules and regulations are meet in order to ensure the safety of players at all times. The individual performs and may coordinate routine and preventive maintenance and repair work of the facility ensuring their clean and safe operations. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the maintenance and care of pool tables or related experience is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License, is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to all Seminole Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including, weekends, evenings and holidays is a requirement of this position.
