Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Inc. Construction Senior Project Manager in a variety of administrative and office support services. The individual provides administrative support including answering phones, coordination and monitoring of project tasks and important datelines, preparing documentation and generating reports, tracking invoices and expenses and preparing purchase orders. Work involves assignments that require some independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an administrative/clerical position is required. Prior experience working in a construction related services is highly preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within a diverse group. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Spanish is required. Must demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages required. Must have the ability to travel across reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
