Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the EnerGov data that is submitted by various Seminole Tribe of Florida Departments. The employee serves a central point of contact to handle/manage all EnerGov related matters/inquiries including but not limited to all Capital Improvement (CIP) projects, Homesite Leases, Permits, Service Line Agreements, Right of Ways, Easements, Residential Construction projects submittals from any department, Tribal Wide. The employee serves as liaison between Real Estate, ERMD, THPO and the various Commissions and participates in various meetings. The incumbent communicates with outside applicants on all status updates along with any necessary information that is required to move the request along. The individual works under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Real Estate with relative independence on routine activities and operations. High School Diploma is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in EnerGov software package is required. Thorough Knowledge as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the EnerGov software package is required. Familiarity with GIS technology is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate high level of professionalism. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing EneGov and Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel across all reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
