Job Description
This is skilled work in several trade areas regarding the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds. Under close to general supervision, the incumbent in this position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance and repairs work throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Heath Clinics buildings, facilities and grounds ensuring the clean and safe operations of the facility and/or equipment. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Previous planning, logistics and AutoCAD design experience is preferred. Knowledge of the proper use of tools, maintenance procedures, and materials is required. Demonstrate ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and able to travel to all Seminole Reservations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends, evenings and holidays.
