Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Integrative Health Team in a variety of administrative and office support services. Work involves assignments that require independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. The individual prepares correspondence, reviews special reports and maintains inventory control of equipment and supplies for the Integrative Health Programs; prepares and makes travel arrangements, completes purchase orders, files, maintains and performs other administrative duties. High school diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience providing administrative support in an office setting is required. Knowledge in Medical terminology, common travel preparation and simple accounting are preferred. Familiarity with office equipment, office policies, practices and procedures are required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office software (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to travel across Reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
