Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting Seminole Tribe of Florida’s business units with implementing Tribal community technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and interfacing with business units, technology staff and management teams to analyze business needs. This role requires the incumbent to apply advanced business analysis standards and methodologies for the system development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that technology aligns properly to organizational and goals. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a mid-large corporate environment is required. Knowledge and prior experience with Tyler Technologies Civic Services software solutions implementation, including EnerGov and Citizens Access Portal is required. Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
