Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. (STOFI) Executive Director of Finance in planning, directing and coordinating the operations of all direct services departments under the purview of the Executive Director Office. The individual assists in creating, formulating, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures; providing technical advice and directives to departmental management; and overseeing departments/programs contents, operations, initiatives. The Senior Director assists the Executive Director with the overall management of the (STOFI) accounting functions, including but not limited to general accounting ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable financial reporting and Budget. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accuracy of general ledger and budget, and timely completion of all financial reporting and/or statement.
