Job Description
The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing valuable assistance to the IM Liaison Office through a wide range of administrative and office support services. The assigned tasks call for a certain level of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving while ensuring compliance with established policies, rules, and guidelines. The job entails report generation, data entry, phone answering, invoice preparation and monitoring, and a comprehensive understanding of all services offered by the Liaison Office and its operations. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required. Prior experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified herein is required. Individuals must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate familiarity with office procedures. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
