Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Housing Regional Manager in supervising the operations and services provided by the Housing Hollywood Reservation Office Staff. The individual ensures the maintenance of all residential properties across the reservation, with special attention to the Seminole Park Community. The Regional Supervisor investigates and resolves tenant complaints and concerns; Coordinates with Maintenance team, Project Managers and Contractors to meet all Tribal Member’s needs and requests; and plans, schedules, and coordinates warranty related issues, general maintenance, major repairs, renovations and/or construction projects. The incumbent ensures the provision of housing services to Tribal Members through the delicate balance of excellent customer service and compliance with housing policies. This is a position that receives minimal supervision and its success relies on substantial individual initiative. Bachelor’s degree in urban development, engineering, public administration or other housing related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the administration of housing programs is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience supervising staff in a community or housing service field is required. Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must be able to travel and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
