Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, utensils, pots, pans and cooking equipment at the Swamp Water Café located on the Billie Swamp Safari. The individual maintains the kitchen and equipment clean and organized ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations and STOF policies. The Dishwasher may receive and store supplies and cleans food preparation and production areas as required. High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. Prior experience as a dishwasher is preferred. Demonstrates knowledge of safety, sanitation, food preparation methods, and equipment used in the preparation of foods is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
