Position: Contracts Coordinator

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Housing Contract Specialist in the management and administration of the contracts within the Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This role assists in organizing, tracking, and facilitating the various stages of contract lifecycles and ensures that contract-related activities are executed efficiently, and in compliance with STOF standards. Considerable initiative is exercised in conformance with STOF operating policies and procedures. High School graduate or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in office environment, performing administrative, or contract support role is required. An equivalent combination of related training and experience may be acceptable. . Incumbent must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
