Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing routine clerical support to the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Housing Department including, but not limited to answering telephones, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, composing and typing a variety of standard documents and correspondence, distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing office space for meetings, processing forms, ordering supplies and maintaining records. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Prior clerical experience utilizing office equipment, following standard office procedures including typing, filing, archiving, ordering office supplies and maintaining interdepartmental communications is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
