Job Description

The incumbent in this position assists the Construction Management Director in the oversight of full range of department administrative and accounting duties related to budget management and analysis, maintenance of financial records and preparations of reports in support of all Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects. The individual coordinates with respective Tribal Community Development (TCD) departments and project managers to ensure all contractual documentation associated with CIP projects are processed in accordance with established TCD processes. The incumbent develops and implements procedures necessary to carry out these responsibilities. Considerable independent judgment and initiative is exercised in conformance with standard operating policies and procedures. Prior Experience with Project Wise, Procore and other project management software is preferred. Familiarity with construction contracts, associated procurement processes and supervisory experience is highly valued. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to travel to all Seminole Tribe of Florida Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
