Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs services of all Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Governmental, and commercial generator systems. The individual monitors and maintains inventory, orders parts equipment and fluids. Enters and updates information related to work orders assigned from start to finish into the asset management database. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Prior vocational training or job-related coursework is preferred, or, completion of an instructional program that prepares individuals to apply technical electrical knowledge and skills is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience as in the repair and maintenance of generator equipment and/or uninterrupted power supply systems is required. Licensed Electrician is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to all Reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
