Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the design and development of architectural concepts for a wide variety of projects such as office complexes, pre-schools, single and multi-family housing projects, medical facilities and other commercial facilities. The individual conceptualizes, develops and maintains 3D models of concepts that will be used for community presentations, and coordination with the architectural lead, civil engineers and project managers during the development phase. The incumbent performs also other duties related to architectural services and related to projects of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field is required. Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Lighting preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing 2-D and 3-D architectural presentations and rendering and modeling is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and with various digital modeling, rendering, animation, and editing software: 3ds Max, Sketch up Pro, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit; Photoshop are required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, when needed.
