Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales staff for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s Seminole Petroleum. The individual identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business is required. A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience working in the oil business developing marketing and sales strategies is required; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience will be considered. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information are required. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team is required. Demonstrated excellent customer service and negotiation skills are required. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and be able to travel nationally and internationally. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
