Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting with the supervision and coordination of routine and preventive maintenance and repairs work throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Heath Clinics buildings, facilities and grounds, to ensure the clean and safe operations of the facility and/or equipment. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Previous planning, logistics and AutoCAD design experience is preferred. Knowledge of the proper use of tools, maintenance procedures, and materials is required. Demonstrate ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and able to travel to all Seminole Reservations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends, evenings and holidays. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
