Job Description

The incumbent in this position assists the Seminole Tribe of Florida Rodeo Arena’ staff in a variety of administrative and office support services. The individual also performs manual laboring tasks in support to the operations and maintenance of the Rodeo. Work involves assignments that require some independence in making decisions and obtaining solutions while adhering to and/or operating within established policies, rules and guidelines. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a clerical position is required. Familiarity with accounting systems is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Software packages. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
