Job Description

The Youth Home Program provides culturally appropriate, community based, transitional housing and therapeutic services to the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s youth and families. Services are provided on-site within the Youth Home and within the community. The program is designed to provide STOF youth with safe, structured, and supervised housing while residents work with program staff to learn life skills and maintain emotional wellbeing. The Youth Home Behavior Analyst is responsible for oversight of all behavioral programing including treatment plans, behavioral plans, supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), data entry and reporting, and others. Master’s degree on Behavior Analysis or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as Behavioral Analyst is required. Current and valid certification of the State of Florida as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Completion of the 8-hour supervision course with current and active certification to supervise, achieved all qualifications to supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) per the RBT Supervisors Requirements section of the RBT handbook, is required. Individual must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all STOF’s Reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
