Job Description
The individual in this position is responsible for teaching the Creek and/or Miccosukee language to the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Tampa reservation Community utilizing curriculum that includes, but is not limited to, oral and written assignments, cultural activities and lesson plans. High school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in education system-related projects is or experience serving as cultural language instructor is preferred. Ability to speak the Creek and/or Miccosukee language is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
