Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing professional and social work for the members of Seminole Tribe of Florida Tribal community. The individual assists to carry out rehabilitation and support functions such as treatment and substance abuse services, education, support, and consultation to families. The Case Manager provides crisis intervention, conducts assessments, and implements case management plans in consultation with the Family Services multidisciplinary team. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in human/ social services or similarly related field is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Ability to exemplify the highest level of professional standards/ethics and demonstrate appropriate and culturally sensitive service delivery and community-based treatment. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
