Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Public Works staff in a variety of administrative and office support services. The individual schedules appointments, provides callers with accurate information, composes memos and may assist with product research. Generates reports, manages multiple projects, as well as prepares, audits/monitors invoices and expense reports. The incumbent exercises good judgment when planning and accomplishing goals. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified herein. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
