Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing a multitude of administrative and operational functions in support of the services provided by the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s Smoke Shops. The individual prepares orders and maintains inventory of all beverage and vending products; coordinates the delivery of various products and goods; collects money and monitors cash variances; audits/monitors invoices, expenses and operational reports, and performs other related duties. The individual exercises good judgment when planning and accomplishing goals. A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s Degree is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role or vending/foodservice is preferred, but not required. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office products (word, excel, outlook). Ability to travel to all Seminole Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, is a requirement of this position.
