Job Description
The incumbent in this role assists with analyzing business processes and documenting best practices to support on-reservation real estate services in meeting the acceptability standards set by the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. This individual ensures that all critical documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and technical documents, are accurately controlled, stored, and accessible to authorized personnel. Responsibilities include assisting in the review of Real Estate operations (leases, permits, agreements, easements, rights-of-way, set asides); providing support in drafting forms and agreements; reviewing and suggesting improvements to required documentation; helping to establish document control standards based on best practices; and ensuring process flows are properly routed through approvals. The person in this role collaborates with team members at various levels to support quality assurance initiatives that enhance departmental efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, information management, quality assurance or similarly related field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in quality assurance, document control, or similar is required. Prior knowledge and proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License and ability to travel locally and nationally is required. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages and databases, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
