Job Description
Under the supervision of the Youth Home & CCDT Behavioral Analysis Program Administrator, the incumbent in this position is responsible for providing oversight of all Youth Home behavioral programing efforts including conducting functional assessments and behavioral diagnostics treatment plans, behavioral plans, supervision of RBT team, data entry and graphing, creation of quarterly reports, etc. Master’s degree on Behavior Analysis or related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required. Current and valid certification of the State of Florida as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is required. Ability to complete two thousand (2,000) hours of standard supervised work, over a over a six (6) months period in order to receive the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) designation is required. Ability to complete all aspects of the trained state approved physical intervention course used in Youth Home. Individuals must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all STOF’s Reservations. This position requires to work a flexible schedule that includes regular evening and weekend shifts to support the consistent and effective implementation of behavioral techniques, tailored to the needs of the home and its residents.
