Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities for Tribal Member properties, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional service delivery to our clients. The individual provides first level support to Tribal Members through end-user voice and electronic communications, and handling Housing incidents and service requests, entering work orders into designated software systems. The individual provides excellent member care balanced with the application of housing policy and serves as an advocate for Tribal Members and their housing needs. Associate’s Degree is required. A minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license is required. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and maintenance personnel. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, as well as Yardi Voyager Property Management software. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
