Job Description
The Audio Specialist is a technical role and the incumbent in this position is responsible for the proper set-up, installation, operation, and maintenance of audio equipment. This individual is responsible for the scheduled maintenance of video and audio production equipment for the Video Production Division. The incumbent in this position exercises a certain degree of independent judgment while performing these duties. High school graduate or GED equivalent required, supplemented by a technical or vocational school preferred. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in audio production is required. Demonstrate strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Excellent English oral and written communication skills required. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Valid Florida Driver’s License required and able to travel to all STOF Reservations and other locations as necessary. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and Holidays.
