Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers and patrons visiting the Seminole Tribe of Florida aquatics facilities or when engaged in a STOF activity at any public aquatics facility. This role involves monitoring designated areas, responding to emergencies, enforcing facility rules, and providing a high level of customer service. The individual performs water rescue and prevention techniques, first aid, and CPR, as needed. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Possession and maintenance of current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training certification and American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certificates are required. Prior experience as lifeguard is preferred.
