Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for the identification, recording, and tracking of all vehicles and fleet-related equipment belonging to the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This includes maintaining accurate records of fleet assets, monitoring their usage, and ensuring that they are accounted for in the fleet management system. The individual is responsible for coordinating the sale of assets with auction providers, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are properly prepared and ready for sale. In this role, the incumbent works closely with the Fleet Management Team to ensure compliance with fleet policies and procedures, assists in the development of reports, and supports decision-making processes related to the repair, replacement, and disposal of vehicles and equipment. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in Automotive industry with hands-on experience, is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics, maintenance and repairs of vehicles, is preferred. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work outdoors is required. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
