Job Description

The incumbent in this position assists the General Manager (GM) to manage and oversee the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. Smoke Shop’s daily operations according to established company policies and procedures. As directed, the individual will act as a management liaison for other smoke shops. Ensures that the smoke shop reaches maximum sales and profitability goals as established. The incumbent will also be responsible for the supervision of staff at a specific location and may be assigned as the field manager for other smoke shop locations when necessary. Ensures staff’s adherence to operational schedules, safety and maintenance of facilities. High School diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is preferred. A combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a retail environment or similarly related field is required. Prior experience supervising a medium to large staff and experience setting up overlapping shifts to cover operational needs (24/7) is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
