Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the communication and training program to ensure effective implementation and utilization of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions. This person works closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance leaders to develop a comprehensive communications strategy, create user-friendly resources, and facilitate training sessions to support employees during the implementation and transition to a new HCM / ERP system, enhance employee proficiency with HCM / ERP tools and processes, and ultimately contribute to the organization's overall success.
